There is no risk for pregnancy in the situation you described. Sperm absolutely cannot get through clothing and if your partner didn’t ejaculate or produce pre-ejaculate there would not have even been any sperm present. A pregnancy can only occur if sperm are deposited directly onto the vaginal opening or inside of the vagina.
