    Hi body-meets-soul,

Since your partner did not ejaculate there is a smaller risk for pregnancy. However, if he had pre-ejaculatory fluid on his penis and it was deposited onto the vaginal opening or inside of the vagina there could still be a possibility of pregnancy.

Some males have sperm in their pre-ejaculate all the time, and some males never have sperm in their pre-ejaculate. But it is impossible to know whether or not someone does.

    I hope this clarifies.
