You're really great for doing this. but well last week i lost my virginity and i had some itching a few days after and slight burning in my urine. i searched it up and people said it was normal because my hymen was healing and stuff. eventually the itching and burning stopped but today i looked down there and my vagina was white and seemed a bit swollen. does that sound like a yeast infection? is it too late to treat? should i take monistat? garlic method? thanks a lot.

Any time, anyone experiences pain, burning or their body acting differently than they are used to the best thing to do is see a doctor or a health care provider.

Since you recently had vaginal intercourse, you don’t say if a condom was used or not, there is a risk for STDs. If a condom was used the risk of STDs is greatly lowered, but the symptoms you describe could be an STD or it could be a yeast infection, however, only a health care provider can properly diagnose you though.
