Anytime anyone experiences pain, especially if it is so severe that they are crying, it is best to seek medical attention sooner rather than later.

We aren’t doctors at Sex, Etc. so we can’t diagnose what is wrong. Some things she could explore with a medical professional though is a cyst in the ovary, a pelvic infection or severe menstrual cramps. Only a health care provider can tell her for sure what is wrong though.
