Hi anon,
Let me start off by saying that If you’re experiencing ongoing pain in your uterus you should definitely see a doctor.
As far as your pregnancy concern goes, In order for a pregnancy to occur sperm have to be deposited directly onto the vaginal opening or inside of the vagina. You didn’t mention whether you and your partner were fully or partially-clothed but know that sperm absolutely cannot swim through clothing. So if your partner were to ejaculate with his clothes on there’s no way they could go anywhere and once the fluids surrounding the sperm dry up or are absorbed by fabric the sperm die and cannot cause a pregnancy.
I hope this helps.
